Another Bachelor lawsuit. Last month, we heard that Bachelor Blogger, Reality Steve, was hit with a lawsuit by ABC. The Bachelor spoiler blogger was accused of allegedly obtaining confidential information about the Bachelor series by contacting and soliciting information from participants, cast, crew, and other employees of the series.
Now, former Bachelor contestant, Jesse Csincsak, is suing ABC. According to CupidsPulse.com, Csincsak said "“Once you’re on the show, they own you....Even when your contract is up, they still interfere in your life and prevent you from promoting other brands and making money....“I had planned to file my own lawsuit last month but after discussions with numerous people and former Bachelor contestants, we realized that this issue is much bigger than me.” According to the article, former Bachelor, Bob Guiney, also won a case against Bachelor producers when he broke his contract by promoting his CD and music video.
