According to Reality Steve, it seems that Casey S might have an ex-boyfriend who wants her back. The boyfriend's name is Michael Patak, CEO ofTopStepTrader in Chicago. Reality Steve wrote on his blog this week: "Would’ve been nice if Casey would’ve filled Ben in on Michael Patak, the guy that plenty of people told me she was seeing before she left for the show and it was well known. Of course, I had her other friends who said they were ‘on a break.’ Uh huh. How much you wanna bet Casey and Michael are back together either now or in the very near future? I’m sorry, but if someone goes on this show while ‘on a break,’ then when they get back from filming they’re back together with that person, they were never broken up."

The Bachelor Episode 4: Jennifer is the next fortunate woman to get her first one-on-one date. The adventurous Bachelor reveals that they will be rappelling down into a mysterious crater, where there is actually warm water below. Lowering themselves into the dark abyss, they drop to the water and reunite for a kiss. Later that night, the couple enjoy a romantic rain-soaked outdoor dinner and a then a real treat: a private concert by country music superstar Clay Walker.  You can also find Bachelor spoilers here!

0 Jesse Csincsak Prepares to File Lawsuit against Bachelor Producers

Another Bachelor lawsuit. Last month, we heard that Bachelor Blogger, Reality Steve, was hit with a lawsuit by ABC. The Bachelor spoiler blogger was accused of allegedly obtaining confidential information about the Bachelor series by contacting and soliciting information from participants, cast, crew, and other employees of the series.

Now, former Bachelor contestant, Jesse Csincsak, is suing ABC. According to CupidsPulse.com, Csincsak said "“Once you’re on the show, they own you....Even when your contract is up, they still interfere in your life and prevent you from promoting other brands and making money....“I had planned to file my own lawsuit last month but after discussions with numerous people and former Bachelor contestants, we realized that this issue is much bigger than me.”  According to the article, former Bachelor, Bob Guiney, also won a case against Bachelor producers when he broke his contract by promoting his CD and music video.

From the moment she walked out of the limo she caught Ben’s eye and from the moment she walked in the house she rubbed the other women the wrong way. This week you got a great look at what will become a recurring theme, and that is the two sides of Courtney. When she’s at the house she doesn’t exactly go out of her way to ingratiate herself with the other women, but when she’s with Ben it’s another story. As you saw on their date, Ben is taken by Courtney and understandably so. The conversation between them is so easy and you can see the spark between them. Ben asked the golden question concerning Courtney several times: “Is she too good to be true?” Again this is something that will continue to play out in the weeks to come as Courtney’s relationship with Ben grows and her relationship with the ladies continues to sour."

These women owned their roles like crazy. I loved seeing this fun side to them and when we were all walking through the town square in our elaborate costumes, I was hysterical laughing with them. It's hard to describe how awesome it was to be a part of the Sonoma community theatre that night. I hope they will have me back sometime."

One-on-One with Courtney Robertson: "I was surprised that we were so lovely-dovey so early on, as it was just the start of my journey and I knew there were lots of other relationships I still needed to explore. It really helped that Scotch was a fan of Courtney's too."

The Blakely drama: "Again, more Blakely drama. Uh oh. Here's the thing. The women might have been upset at Blakely's motivation, but I found it okay in the moment. She was determined to talk to me, finish her conversation and get to know one another better. Most people won't agree with me there, but I liked her persistence"

The Bachelor's, Kiptyn Locke, is thanking his lucky stars. The former Bachelor from Jillian Harris' season (and boyfriend to Tenley Molzahn) had a hospital stay due to a freak accident. Here's what Kiptyn had to say on his Facebook page:

"I'm home. I want to send a giant Thank You to my friends, family, girlfriend & everyone who showed incredible support these last couple of days. I'm the luckiest man alive from the friends and family for being there for me to the surgical team showing up at 10PM for a 4.5 hour emergency surgery. I am forever inspired by you and thankful for you. For curious minds, over the years I have experienced back and shoulder injuries from various sports, but on Thursday, a freak accident severely ruptured discs in my neck nearly severing my spinal cord. Thanks to all of your thoughts and prayers, and an incredible medical team who fused, graphed, and put a plate in my neck, now I am expected to make a full recovery. I won't be on the computer a lot but wanted to take the time to express my greatest appreciation for each and every one of you." 

Kiptyn is currently at home and recovering well. Sending good thoughts to Kiptyn and Tenley!
