Feeling in love with Lindzi Cox: "Lindzi really started to open up to me even more. I know it's hard for her and that she likes to go for the joke before the serious moment. Sometimes it's great to be with someone who is so playful and light-hearted, but I also want to be married to someone who I can have serious discussions with and will tell me how she really feels. The last few weeks, Lindzi has been doing that. For the first time, I truly felt in love with this woman and was really looking forward to dinner to see if she was feeling the same way."

Courtney Robertson apologizes to Ben and the girls: "I was really relieved to hear Courtney admit that she could have tried harder to get along with the women. I know they were sometimes mean to her, too, but I needed to hear her say that she could have done things much differently and may have gotten much better results. I have tried this entire journey to be patient and more forgiving. Courtney was worth the patience and I was happy to feel like she turned a big corner."


Kacie B returns: "WHOA! What I wasn't prepared for was Kacie's return. I've said it before: I'm not good at breaking up with people and giving them closure. I don't have a lot of experience doing it – well, I didn't before becoming the Bachelor. Because of that, I can see why Kacie went home confused. Honestly, all of the women [eliminated] should feel that way because I wasn't necessarily at the end of the road in those relationships."

This week in Chris Harrison's Bachelor blog, he writes about Ben Flajnik's dates in Interlaken, Switzerland.

Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik: "There is one thing I noticed again this week concerning Courtney and Ben. Courtney continues to turn the situation around, giving her the power position. For example this week while the other two women chose to accept the fantasy suite, Courtney turned the tables and asked Ben to accept. These things are very subtle, but it’s a defense mechanism of hers she’s used several times with him. Ben left that date feeling good about Courtney and their relationship… but then Kacie showed up at his door. Ben was obviously caught completely off-guard. I thought Kacie was incredibly articulate in expressing her thoughts on why she came back. She really wanted to know what went wrong. I also think Ben was equally articulate and concise in letting her know what we all watched last week. The two of them are worlds apart, and as I said last week in this space I’m guessing now that Kacie has also watched her hometown date she’ll realize that as well. It is true that she needs to make her own decisions in life separate from her parents, but the fact that she’s still struggling with this once again points to how young she really is. In This NEW interview with TV Guide, Chris Harrison talks about hometown visits and Kacie B's dramatic departure.


TV Guide: What did you think of Courtney's hometown date?
Chris Harrison: I don't think Courtney redeemed herself on the hometown date — in a lot of people's eyes she has more to do. But at least we got to see a very different human side of her. She was more contrite and she regretted the fact that she treated the women like that. Once you get away from the situation, you realize how it got the best of you and it did for her. Will she go further than that as far as apologizing and owning up to it? We'll see at the Women Tell All.

Do you think Kacie's parents sealed her fate?
Harrison: Her parents are phenomenal and hopefully she's not mad [but] it just showed what a huge cultural difference there is between Ben and Kacie's family. It also exposed something else about Kacie: She's young and her dad still has a lot of power over her. Kacie was the front-runner and she completely fell out of the race in one fell swoop. I've never seen fortunes change like that. If you asked me as recently as Puerto Rico or Belize, no question she was Top 2.

Next week on The Bachelor, Ben Flajnik takes his three remaining women to Switzerland.

Switzerland Date with Nicki Sterling: Ben's alpine adventure in the snow-capped mountains of Interlaken, Switzerland, begins with a spectacular helicopter tour with Nicki, sweeping over the majestic glaciers. Cuddling together, they touch down atop a deserted mountain that makes it appear they are on the edge of the earth. Over a romantic dinner Nicki reveals the lengths to which she will go to capture Ben's heart.

Date with Lindzi Cox: A complete adrenaline rush is in store for Lindzi and Ben when they discover that they must rappel down a 300-foot rocky ravine. As they strap on their harnesses, they bond over their shared trepidation. They are even closer by the time they make their descent. Later, during a steamy soak in a hot tub, Lindzi shares how hard it is for her to be vulnerable in a relationship, but also that Ben is worth it.

Date with Courtney Robertson: Ben and Courtney take a scenic train ride to the charming town of Wengen, where they set up a picnic in a lush meadow. But despite the intense attraction between them, Courtney has something else on her mind. That evening, she attempts to get serious with Ben, struggling to explain her behavior with the women in the house.

Kacie B Returns! Kacie B. makes a surprise return looking to Ben for answers to help mend her broken heart. Ben explains why he let her go. Kacie also has a message for Ben as well, offering him one final warning about Courtney who, she feels, is not a good match for him.

Nicki’s family is incredibly loving. It was amazing to see Nicki’s dad tear up and apologize for letting her down in her prior relationship. Nicki is fortunate to have such an amazing dad, and it’s easy to see why she turned out to be the type of woman she is. It was because of this strength at home that Nicki was able to open up to Ben at the end of their date and let him know that she’s in love with him. Nicki has definitely been the dark horse this season but she has quickly become a front-runner in Ben’s heart."

The Bachelor's, Nicki Sterling, was married before meeting Ben Flajnik. Who is Nicki's ex husband? According to the National Enquirer, Nicki was married to a man named Michael Sterling.

"According to court documents obtained by The ENQUIRER, Michael Sterling – who married Nicki in June 2007 – was arrested by Waco police in June 2010 for driving while intoxicated just weeks after the couple officially split. He pleaded guilty four months later and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and slapped with a $2,000 fine. The prison sentence was suspended and he was placed on conditional probation for 12 months...As for his split from Nicki, he said: “The reason for our divorce is a private matter between Nicki and me."

Last week on The Bachelor, Ben Flajnik unexpectantly sent Jennifer Fritsch home, brokenhearted. In this NEW media interview, here's what Jennifer had to say about her departure from The Bachelor!

Did it bother you that he eliminated you on the same night of the cocktail party where he was just kissing you earlier?
Jennifer Fritsch: Yes.  I swore up and down there was no way I was going home.  I'd also heard you know how some other people's time, some other girls, their time went with him.  And so I definitely thought there was no way.  So I had the rug pulled out from under me for sure.

What was your opinion of Courtney?

Jennifer Fritsch: I'm not sure if it's her personality that's so just, she's a little pushy.  And I didn't think that he would buy into that so easily but it looks as though he is.  And my opinion of her on when I was there, I didn't associate with her.  She wasn't a person that I said "hi" to or "bye" to or anything like that.  I knew she wasn't nice.  And so that was as far as I would take it.  Until now watching, I definitely feel a little stronger that I don't like her much. 

Do you think Courtney's there for the right reasons?

Jennifer Fritsch: I think she is definitely all about winning.  And maybe she likes Ben a little bit.  And I heard someone use the term, the "Ben pill" and she definitely took it.  As far as whether that's like real feelings, I don't know.  I definitely, she's in a different career to where yes she could come out ahead.  You know, she gets a lot of exposure and it just for her to use 'winning' all the time, it just makes sense that she's there more to be seen.
